Commercial Water Damage – Phoenix

Commercial water damage was sustained by this Phoenix office complex when an overhead pipe burst in the middle of the night. Building management called in SERVPRO to clean up the water and repair the damage to the ceilings and walls. Our instruments told us that the water had soaked through to the subflooring and that we would need to remove the carpeting to dry the subfloor thoroughly. WE removed the carpeting and disposed of it properly. WE set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process and facilitated a repair to the broken pipe. Once our instruments indicated that the drying was complete, we installed new carpeting.
