Storm Damage – Phoenix Home
Storm damage to this Phoenix home occurred when high winds from a band of heavy thunderstorms tore away portions of the roofing of this house. The ceilings and attics above the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom were all damaged from water entering the interior of the house. The SERVPRO of East Phoenix would be required to clean up the water that made it to the flooring using truck mounted water extraction equipment. The ceiling and attic area were thoroughly dried and disinfected. They were also treated with an antimicrobial substance as a precaution against any future mold growth. The carpeting in the bedrooms was cleaned. The damage to the insulation and the ceilings would also be corrected.
